Two Factor Authentication (2FA) strengthens access security to your account by requiring two methods (factors) to verify your identity. Once you enable 2FA, you'll always need to login from the device used for the initial configuration.
Prerequisite: Install a 2FA App Onto Your Device
A two factor authenticator app (like Duo or Google Authenticator) or must be installed on your mobile device in order to activate 2FA. Doing so provides the second level verification needed to associate your account with your identity.
Now You Can Enable 2FA for Your Account
Log into your account.
Click the Account Settings menu, upper right
Select Setup
To proceed, a 2FA Authentication App must FIRST be installed on your mobile device.
- Select Setup to display your *unique* QR code
- Scan the QR code from the Authenticator App on your mobile device
- Navigate to your Authenticator App to generate a 2 Factor Account there
IMPORTANT: Copy/paste your Second Factor Backup Code to a secure notepad for future recovery
Navigate to your Authenticator App
Use your mobile device to scan the QR code that currently displays on the site.
- Select the + sign in the upper right corner.
- A pop up window will display the instruction 'Scan barcode'
- After you scan (photograph) the barcode, a VERIFICATION code will display
Now, Manually Enter the Verification Code into the Site
Enter the verification code into the site (directly below the QR code).
Done! We will accept the code and 2FA will be enabled.
Once the verification code has been accepted, Two Factor Authentication will be enabled and ready to use.
Note: If you lose your mobile device, you will be UNABLE to login. You'll need to Contact support and provide the backup code.

Now, Securely Login to Your Account with 2FA
When you log in, you will be prompted to navigate to your Authentication App. From there, copy and paste the rotating code into the field presented, allowing you to access your account.

Q: How do I reset my password with Two- Factor authenticator?
A: If you have an account: Reset your password as usual. You will be prompted to enter your (rotating) authenticator code before any changes can be saved.
A: If you used Single Sign-On (Google, Amazon or Facebook): Reset your password directly on the social media website.
Q: What if I lose my mobile device or get a new one?
A: Here is where the second factor backup code is essential. This code will be required in order to access your account. Submit a Request with the backup code and we can assist.

A: Verify that you entered the code correctly. Confirm that the clock on your device is correct (our 2FA system is time-based).
